Caesarean-Delivery

C section

Caesarean delivery, commonly known as C-section, is a surgical procedure performed at Moraya Nursing Home when vaginal delivery may pose risks to the mother or baby, or when it’s the preferred method of delivery. Our skilled obstetricians and surgical team are experienced in conducting C-sections with precision and care.

During a C-section, the mother’s abdomen and uterus are surgically opened to safely deliver the baby. This procedure may be planned in advance due to medical reasons such as breech presentation, placenta previa, or previous C-sections, or it may be performed unexpectedly if complications arise during labor.

At Moraya Nursing Home, we prioritize the safety and well-being of both mother and baby throughout the C-section process. Our facility is equipped with modern operating theaters and state-of-the-art medical equipment to ensure optimal surgical conditions and outcomes. Our experienced team of doctors, nurses, and anesthesiologists collaborate to provide comprehensive care before, during, and after the procedure.

We understand that undergoing a C-section can be a significant event for families, and we strive to create a supportive and reassuring environment. Our compassionate approach includes thorough pre-operative counseling, personalized care during surgery, and attentive post-operative monitoring and recovery support.
